Role Description This full-time on-site role of Customer/Member Service Representative is based in Philadelphia, PA, at the Bustleton Avenue location. Responsibilities include assisting members with financial transactions, providing account information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The representative will promote the credit union’s products and services, maintain accurate records, and ensure excellent service during all member interactions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to create a positive member experience and supporting branch operations as needed. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with members and resolve inquiriesProficiency in phone etiquette for providing professional assistance over the phoneSolid computer literacy skills, including familiarity with basic office software and financial systemsKnowledge of finance or banking is preferred but not requiredAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate recordsPrior experience in a customer service or financial services role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is advantageous
