Marketing Director, Content & Events (Healthcare)New York, NY (Onsite – Monday–Friday)We are partnering with a well-established and growing mission driven healthcare organization in NYC to identify a dynamic and creative Marketing Director, Content & Events to support and elevate their marketing, communications, and brand initiatives.This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on content development, digital media execution, public relations, and campaign coordination, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will play a key role in executing campaigns, maintaining brand standards, and supporting both internal and external communications.We are seeking someone who is outgoing, highly creative, and thinks outside the box, with a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and mission-driven work.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand StrategySupport the execution of marketing and communications strategies across departmentsMaintain consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all materialsCoordinate timelines for campaigns, events, and marketing deliverablesContribute to the development of creative assets and promotional materialsCreative Development & DesignDesign marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, social graphics, and reportsMaintain and uphold brand guidelines across all communicationsFulfill creative requests across departments in alignment with leadership directionSocial Media & Digital ContentManage and support social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube)Create and schedule content aligned with organizational priorities and campaignsTrack engagement and support performance reporting and analyticsPublic Relations & CommunicationsDraft and manage press releases (required) and key communicationsSupport media outreach, interview coordination, and press opportunitiesConduct interviews with staff, providers, and partners to develop compelling contentBuild and maintain relationships with media and external stakeholdersCoordinate and support government meetings and communicationsEvent & Campaign SupportSupport planning and execution of community events, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and internal initiativesDevelop event-related materials including invitations, programs, and digital promotionsProvide on-site support including photography, video capture, and content creationAssist with post-event marketing and follow-up campaignsWebsite & Digital PresenceMaintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and engagementSupport development of campaign landing pages and digital updatesCoordinate with vendors and internal teams as neededContent DevelopmentDevelop provider and staff profiles to support engagement and outreachProduce written, photo, and video content to support storytelling initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred4–5 years of experience in marketing, communications or public relations (healthcare or nonprofit required)Strong experience with press releases (required)Bilingual English/Spanish requiredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or CanvaExperience with social media management, content creation, and basic video editingStrong writing, communication, and storytelling skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy JoinMake a real impact with a mission-driven healthcare organizationCollaborative, creative environment with strong leadership exposureHands-on role shaping content, campaigns, and brand presenceIf you’re a creative, detail-oriented marketer passionate about content, social media, PR, and community-focused campaigns, we encourage you to apply.
