Leasing Consultant
Position Summary: Primary responsibilities include leasing, advertising, resident retention, market surveys and office duties as assigned. Essential Functions:Marketing and advertising the community to maintain a high level of prospective trafficShowing apartments and processing applications for prospective residentsAnswering phones in a courteous and professional mannerInspecting vacant units daily to ensure they are ready to showCreating and maintaining a positive Community environment, including planning resident events and maintaining an excellent customer service relationship with residents and prospectsReviewing and updating unit availability dailyInitiating and managing lease renewalsOther duties may be assigned as needed QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATIONS/EXPERIENCEExcellent oral and written communication skillsMust be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervisionDemonstrate ability to close prospective residentsPossess computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office software and property management softwareMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to meet and exceed expectationsAbility to walk and stand for extended periods of timeMust have a valid drivers license and insuranceTrack record of longevity with previous employers with evidence of growth within your roll BENEFITSCompetitive salary and bonus planMedical, Vision, Dental insurancePaid vacation and sick leave
