Data Entry OperatorLocation: Remote Hours: 20-40/hrs per week, M-F normal business hours Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00/hr Type: 5-month contractOverviewThe LMS Data Entry Specialist supports the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) through data entry, record migration, and administrative support activities. This role is responsible for entering, validating, and organizing training records while ensuring data accuracy throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, advanced Excel skills, and eager to learn new technology systems.ResponsibilitiesPerform all data entry and migration activities associated with LMS implementationAssist with LMS configuration, including curricula, training assignments, organizational structures, and user profilesConduct data cleanup, validation, and importsUpload training materials and training assignments into the LMSMaintain confidentiality of employee informationSupport other LMS implementation and training administration activities as assignedQualifications RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulationStrong attention to detail and data entry accuracyExperience working with software systems, databases, or large data setsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience with data entry, records management, or administrative supportExperience working with training records or databasesExperience in a manufacturing or regulated environmentSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
