Physician Integration Coordinator
Summary
Job Description: Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Physician Integration Coordinator to join their team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.
Provides system-wide analytical decision support for the Directors and Executive Director of Contracting, the VP of Physician Integration, and BHMG Senior Leadership.
Coordinates physician contracting documents and compensation analysis for development of physician related contracts to include new physician employment agreements, renewal physician employment agreements, and professional services agreements.
Provides management of the contract renewal process and tracking of supporting documentation for various leadership committees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration or related field
Master's degree in any of the listed fields preferred
3+ years related experience in physician relations, healthcare operations and/or administration
Must be able to travel on a limited basis
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and sales and marketing skills
Strong performance management skills and experience with an emphasis on change management
