Alerts the appropriate parties of the issue and works with others to resolve the cause of these variances. Understands the inventory impact on all aspects of the business such as finance and purchasing. Coordinates and executes the cycle count program. Inputs and monitors bill of material changes for timing and accuracy. Monitors the nonconforming material report for timely disposition and execution of discrepant material. Monitors the accuracy of inventory class/type codes. Supports master planning including completion of ECO new item, new BOM, routings set up and maintenance in ERP. Expected to produce monthly inventory reports to include inventory cost, cycle count accuracy, aging and obsolete inventory analysis. Executes transfer orders to manufacturing cells and external Haws warehouses. Leads/participates in physical inventory. Accountabilities: Inventory accuracy and root cause analysis Cycle counts Inventory reports Coordinate Physical Inventories Transfer orders Other Job Duties: Back up to the master production scheduler/planner. Identify slow moving inventory for possible disposition or scrap. Inventory analysis and reports. Make recommendations to move inventory, transferring/merging part numbers, utilizing slow moving inventory. Procurement of component parts. Process auditing for Supply Chain. Other duties as assigned. Skills/Qualifications: Experience managing ERP master data & inventory control including: Item master data Inventory master data Warehouse master data Problem solving and detail orientation. Motivated, self-driven employee who takes initiative. Process engineering & process control Project management Full understanding of the end to end Supply Chain process Education and/or Experience: Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience related to the desired position. All applicants must have at least a GED/ High School Diploma. Specialized positions need to list educational requirements. Computer Skills: Must be proficient in excel, able to use basic formulas and create charts and graphs. Comfortable using ERP systems, entering data accurately, adding basic setup information such as warehouse and locations. Language Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
