What We Offer $30–$35/hour Supervision hours toward BCBA certification Cell phone and laptop provided Career growth opportunities What You'll Do Oversee and implement individualized ABA programs Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians Support families through consistent collaboration Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity Participate in team meetings and clinical reviews What We're Looking For Enrolled in or completed a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance RBT certification preferred Must have CPR/First Aid, DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, and required immunizations (Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B/Tdap – declination acceptable, TB clearance within 3 months) About Us At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we believe in growth, compassion, and collaboration.
