**Contract position****hybrid**About the Investment BankThe Investment Bank is responsible for the investment activities of the organization, including reporting, asset allocation, risk/return objectives, client relationships, and portfolio management. ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Overall purpose of roleThis role is responsible for developing and delivering employee communications that effectively engage colleagues, build belief in the business strategy, and drive performance across the Investment Bank. Acting as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, the role translates complex business priorities into clear, compelling narratives that support colleague understanding, engagement, and behavior change. Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute employee communications activities aligned to the Investment Bank’s commercial, strategic and client objectives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across global audiencesPartner with senior leaders to shape and deliver high-impact communications that build understanding, trust and belief in business strategy and prioritiesSupport and implement global colleague engagement strategies, contributing to improved employee sentiment, productivity and performanceTranslate complex and technical business information into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content across a range of internal channelsUse data and insight to inform communications approaches and provide strategic recommendations to leadershipCollaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing and other functions to deliver coordinated campaigns and ensure alignment of messaging across the organization
