Receive and prepare products on the polymer emulsion product line, preparing orders for shipment while following prescribed safety, quality, lean activities (5S), inventory, production and shipping processes and standards.Key Responsibilities Support daily production operations as a product line subject matter expertOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipmentPrepare, package, label, and ship chemical products per work order instructionsPerform shipping, receiving, material transfers, and bulk tanker loadingTrack inventory, conduct cycle counts, initiate reorders, and ensure accuracyComplete quality checks, weight tickets, and required shipping documentationIdentify issues, escalate as needed, and support Lean/process improvementsParticipate in equipment maintenance, tank cleaning, and team communicationsBenefits at Midwest We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and financial future.
