Litigation Attorney

We are working with a respected law firm to place a Litigation Attorney in their Personal Injury Litigation Division based in Layton, Utah. This opportunity is ideal for an Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice, looking to further develop their litigation skills within a collaborative and mission-driven legal team.The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing litigation matters from case preparation through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, deposition preparation, and trial support. The role requires strong legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills, along with the ability to effectively represent and advocate for clients.
