To date, worldwide flight time on Cirrus aircraft has passed nine million hours and over 170 people have returned home safely to their families as a result of the inclusion of CAPS as a standard feature on all Cirrus aircraft.Job Summary: The Cirrus Aircraft Line Service Technician ensures every guest and employee receives excellent service by providing a safe, clean, welcoming and comfortable aviation experience. Line Service Technician participates in servicing, parking, and marshalling airplanes, along with other guests' needs while adhering to the Cirrus Service Essentials. Secondary duties include assisting Flight Operations, Maintenance and other Cirrus team members with various tasks to ensure world-class lateral and outward service.Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions:Provide the highest level of safety and service possible in a dynamic and challenging work environment.Marshall incoming aircraft and provide a warm welcome to guests.Assist guests with luggage, provide refreshments and record guests' needs in a professional manner.Park and secure aircraft as appropriate after guests' needs have been met.Oversee every aspect of aircraft readiness for guests and Flight Operations personnel. Detail aircraft and service fluids, oxygen and tires. Update aircraft databases and provide assistance with flight data subscriptions.
