The role is the chief educational and administrative leader, working closely with the Board, leadership team, staff, and families to cultivate a welcoming, faith-filled, and engaging learning environment.Key responsibilities include:Providing strategic and spiritual leadership to ensure the school's mission, vision, and values are upheld.Managing overall school operations, including education, staff development, admissions, financial health, and board collaboration.Leading the development of a new Strategic Plan in 2027 and guiding the school through a capital campaign for a new PreK–5 campus.Driving a culture of integrity, excellence, and relational leadership throughout the K–12 community.This position is well suited to an experienced educational leader passionate about Christian education, valuing relational leadership, and eager to guide a growing school community with wisdom and vision.About Unity Christian SchoolUnity Christian School serves over 620 students and 275 families in the Eastern Fraser Valley.
