Assistant General Manager

A fine dining Steakhouse in Spring Valley NY is seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team! The Restaurant Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the front of house, ensuring impeccable dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for candidates who are motivated, energetic, love the business, enjoy making customers happy and can lead a team of people to be their best. Previous NYC steakhouse experience is a plus. Candidates who apply should be strong at focusing on: - Staff training and enforcement of steps of service and menu knowledge. - Responsible for overseeing the floor during service; ensuring the team stays on task and delegating assignments as needed. - Maintain all company systems and policies. Restaurant Manager Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant management required. NYC experience is a strong plus. - Candidate must have proven leadership skills and must be able to manage, develop, and motivate a highly performing staff. - Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment while effectively delegating tasks.
