We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering (or related field) and 3–8 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environment.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or related disciplineExperience creating and interpreting Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)Process troubleshooting, optimization, and scale-up experienceKnowledge of plant operations, material balances, capacity analysis, and process safetyExperience with capital projects and cross-functional manufacturing supportBioprocess, fermentation, or GC analytical experience is a plusWhat You'll Do:Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by improving process efficiency, troubleshooting production issues, leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting capital projects, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring safety and quality compliance in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.Compensation & Benefits:$120,000–$140,000 base salaryRelocation assistanceStock optionsOpportunity to make a significant impact at a growing, mission-driven biotechnology company.
