About The RoleWe are looking for a Commercial Growth Manager / Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Vinarchy Commercial Americas business unit. This is a high‑impact, commercially focused finance role partnering closely with the US Commercial leadership team, including direct exposure to the Executive Vice President of Sales and the North American CFO. Operating in a fast‑moving and complex consumer environment, you will play a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision making, accelerating growth, and strengthening commercial performance across key U.S. markets. This role suits someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys ambiguity, and is motivated by influence rather than hierarchy. It can be remote based in the United States, ideally for candidates in the West Coast time zone (California, Oregon or Washington) or elsewhere in the U.S. provided they can work West Coast hours. Key ResponsibilitiesAs the primary Finance partner to the US Commercial team, you will:Partner with the EVP of Sales to deliver high‑visibility financial reporting and insightsProvide commercial and financial analytics to support pricing, promotions, forecasting, and growth initiativesSupport monthly business reviews across Finance, Commercial Operations and SalesDrive improved forecasting processes to support the S&OP cyclePartner with commercial leaders and distributor partners to identify growth opportunities and track performanceSupport category, performance and value‑creation initiatives across the portfolioAnalyze Nielsen and NABCA data across brand, category, chain and market performance to identify opportunitiesAct as financial custodian, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and risk managementEstablish streamlined, consistent reporting and analytical processes that enable faster decision making What You'll BringExperience & Capability3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, sales analysis, or commercial financeExperience in Beverage Alcohol, CPG, or a similar consumer‑led industry preferredStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel and analytical capability; strong systems aptitudeExperience (or ability to build proficiency) in VIP, iDig, Nielsen and Power BI Ways of WorkingAbility to build strong cross‑functional relationships and influence senior stakeholdersHigh attention to detail with a solutions‑focused mindsetClear, confident communicator comfortable working with executive audiencesComfortable working remotely with minimal travel required Essential QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationMBA or postgraduate qualification highly regarded Why Join Us?Joining Vinarchy means being part of a newly formed global wine company at a pivotal moment of growth and transformation.
