Job DescriptionJob TitleApplication Architect – Data Management & Workflow SystemsOverview / SummaryThis project is focused on modernizing district-level financial data intake and reporting processes through the implementation of a customized data management platform. The solution will align with existing operational workflows while improving usability, security, auditability, and reporting capabilities.The Application Architect will lead the overall application architecture strategy, support the design and implementation of new systems, and guide the evolution of existing systems. This role will provide technical leadership to development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with technology and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the overall application architecture, including the design and implementation of new systems and the evolution of existing systems.Provide technical leadership to development teams, including guidance on design and development best practices.Ensure alignment of application systems with overall technology strategy and business goals.Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to define and prioritize application requirements.Research and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Mentor and train development teams on new technologies and best practices.Required Qualifications Ten (10)+ years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:Data Management SystemsWorkflow and process automationSecurity best practices including auditingApplication architecture and designTechnical leadershipPrior experience developing state applications or working within regulated public-sector environments is desirable but not mandatory.Candidates should meet as many of the desirable qualifications as possible to be considered for an interview.What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
