Job Description: Performance Automotive Group, centrally located in Lincoln Park, NJ, is looking for Accounting TALENT! We have been in business for 22+years and are rapidly expanding and acquiring new dealerships and are looking to fill multiple accounting positions from entry-level to High-Level Office Managers! Dealership experience a PLUS! But we are willing to train, coach & invest time into the right candidates for career path development, growth and long-term opportunity. We currently have 11 dealerships and have solid plans of expansion in 2025. Pay range will reflect different Levels of Experience and different positions available. Areas you can grow your skill set with us: New & Used Retail Car Deals - Posting Deals, Submitting Service & Warranty Contracts Wholesale Sales & Used Car Purchases -Recording of vehicle sales, Request & process lien payoffs Dealership AP/AR - Processing of cash receipts & vendor invoice, Collection of dealership AR balances , Refunds: 8300, Warranty Cancellations General Dealership Accounting - Rebate & Bank Reconciliation, Schedule reviews and maintenance , Accounting for manufacturer monies, Balance Intercompany , Sales Tax Inventory Control – RDR units, report CPO units, collaboration with Store Management for inventory strategy Experienced Dealership Automotive Office Manager Experienced Dealership Automotive Controller DMV Title Associates And More! The best candidates will have some or all of the following qualifications: Entry Level Accounting Experience – High Level Accounting Experience Dealership Accounting training Some kind of familiarity with Accounts Payables and/or Accounts Receivables Dealership Exposure; Sales department, Service department, Finance, Cashier, Advisor, Receptionist Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge Positive attitude and ability to work with others to achieve maximum results as a Team. Ability to follow protocol and procedure to ensure the same high level results. Competitive pay based on experience ! Performance Automotive Group is an EOE Drug and Background checks are required.
