Senior Level Accountant

An ideal candidate is looking for a professional work environment that is fast paced and ever changing.Requirements: We are seeking someone with the following background and skills: Ability and willingness to work at multiple levels including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general journal entries, as well as preparing month end close schedules and bank reconciliations in a timely fashionMust have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and understanding of accounting close cyclesDedicated to assuring accuracy and consistency of work product, while multi-tasking among multiple partners and staying organized Ability to work independently as well as within the accounting team, ability and willingness to interact with other teams in the organizationStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with accounting software systems, experience with Sage 100 is idealBasic to moderate skill in Microsoft ExcelAssociates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 3-5 years' experience in general accounting functions or equivalent work experiencePosition is full-time and in-person.
