Job Description & RequirementsHospice - Palliative Medicine PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 9 Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50 This facility is seeking a Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM; call required 46 nights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month Practice Setting: Outpatient, Telehealth Type of cases and required procedures: Interdisciplinary Team consultations, medication consults, telehealth visits, Care Transition Interventions, admissions, and symptom management during call Credentialing timeframe: 010 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure required: Must have a ctive Oregon license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)Facility LocationNestled at the junction of two great rivers, ringed by pristine forests and ancient volcanoes, Oregons largest city is a great base for exploring the rugged Northwest while on assignment.
