Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate. The hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41/hour - hours are Guaranteed and it is W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits.2. Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV) - this is a W2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$76/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week.3. Contractor/PRN which is a 1099 position and is paid at $30/30 minute session ($60/hour) and $80/evaluations. No benefits.Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you! (traditional 5 day/8 hours; can do 4–9-hour days & a one-half-day Friday OR 4–10-hour days)Cole Pediatric Therapy Humble is the outpatient version of a teaching hospital.
