For new graduates with LGSW or LPC license we offer at $3000 Sign on Bonus!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Under supervision, provide behavioral health screening of detainees referred by facility staff or identified by prescreening through booking process or nursing services.* Under supervision, provide individual and/or group psychoeducation and skills-based interventions.* Assist custody and medical staff in the monitoring of behavioral health for referred detainees.* Coordinate with custody and medical staff in the management and treatment of detainees with behavioral health concerns.* Monitor and assess therapeutic support of segregated and isolated detainees.* Support and supplement the activities of county behavioral health services in the stabilization of at-risk detainees.* Coordinate with county behavioral health services for continuity of care and discharge planning/case management via sharing of pertinent patient information.* Complete documentation as well as maintain records for referral tracking and continuous quality improvement (CQI) under supervision.* Demonstrate commitment and dedication to providing behavioral health support and provide training to solve problems and make lives easier.* Perform all other duties as assigned.BENEFITS: (Benefits eligibility is determined by employment status):* Referral program* 401(k) w/employer match* Health insurance* Vision insurance* Dental insurance* Professional Development* Paid Time Off* Disability Insurance
