Penn National Gaming - - Responsibilities: Read food orders from computer printouts and prepare items according to established menu plans; Prepare all food items to standard recipes to ensure consistency; Washes, slices, peels, and/or cuts various foods to prepare for cooking or serving; Observe and test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently using tasting, smelling, or piercing with utensils; Coordinate with dining room staff and communicate orders; complete opening/closing and other side duties as assigned
