Implementation Manager

I'm hiring for a founding AI Implementation Manager at a Series A voice AI company for healthcare, launching in the US after strong traction in Europe (600+ customers, 22x YoY growth), backed by a $5.5M seed round.You'll own the full post sale lifecycle for early US customers: deployment, onboarding, customer success, and expansion. Build the implementation playbook from scratch, report to the CEO, and grow a team of 3 within a year.What you'll do:Configure and deploy signed accounts into productionOwn onboarding, support, and account management for US customersDrive retention and upsell, tied to a personal quotaBuild and document a replicable implementation playbookHire and lead a small team as the customer base growsWhat we're looking for:3 to 5 years in deployment, implementation, or customer success at a fast moving startupTechnically oriented, comfortable configuring software and integrations, no engineering degree requiredStrong communicator, able to build trust with clinical and operations teamsEntrepreneurial, comfortable without a ready made playbookIn NYC, in person minimum 3 days per weekComp: $110K to $180K base plus variable, roughly $200K personal upsell quota.No visa sponsorship available.
