Agency Complaints Specialist
A company is looking for an Agency Complaints Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform risk analysis of account and transaction data to balance customer experience and risk
Ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes and internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Assist customers through various communication channels to resolve inquiries and promote customer retention
Required Qualifications
5 years of customer service experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Intermediate knowledge of PC hardware and software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Must achieve and maintain Escalated Call Certification
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
