Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Residential | Full-Time | 36 Hours Weekly Join CCARC and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. As a DSP, you'll provide hands-on support while helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.
