Job DescriptionMaintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production, and leading a team of technicians during overnight operations.Compensation$70,000 - $90,000 base salaryCompensation dependent on experience (flexibility for strong candidates)Relocation assistance available (Midwest candidates preferred)Schedule3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of 4 maintenance technicians on 3rd shiftEnsure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently and safelyTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and processing equipmentSupport preventative and predictive maintenance programsTrain and develop team members, including maintenance leadsMaintain compliance with safety standards, including PSM (Process Safety Management)Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and improve performanceAssist with documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsPrior maintenance leadership or supervisory experience requiredStrong electrical troubleshooting background preferredExperience in manufacturing or processing environmentsKnowledge of PSM programs strongly preferredAmmonia refrigeration experience is a plusBackground in meat processing or food manufacturing highly preferredStrong problem-solving skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environmentIdeal CandidateA current Maintenance Lead or Supervisor ready to step into a larger roleHands-on leader who can both manage and support the team technicallyComfortable working overnight shift and leading independentlyAble to ramp up quickly, though there is a learning curve with specialized equipmentFor immediate consideration, send your confidential resume to hillary.cooley@gogpac.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
