Truck Driver

Job Summary 12/5/2025 The Laborer / Truck Driver is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and transporting materials using manual methods and forklifts. This role secures loads, follows all traffic laws, and works collaboratively within a team environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to take direction, and a clean driving record. While a CDL is not required, candidates must be able to pass a CDL-type physical and lift up to 35 lbs. Overtime availability is essential as the role will transition from 40 to 60 hours per week. Location: 1250 N. Center Point Rd., Hiawatha, IA 52233 Wage Range: $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience Hours: Position starts at 40 hours/week, moving to 60 hours/week. Must be available for overtime. Responsibilities Load and unload material manually and with forklift. Secure loads for safe transport. Understand and obey all traffic laws. Take direction well and work effectively in a team environment. Maintain good organizational skills. Skills & Requirements Clean driving record.
