SAP Program Manager

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project/Program Management certification.12+ years of progressive Project and Program Management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs.SAP ERP Transformation experience as a Program Lead, ERP Lead, or CRB Lead is required.Strong experience managing complex enterprise integrations involving multiple systems, business processes, applications, and technical teams.Demonstrated success working with large consulting organizations and systems integration partners during enterprise implementations.Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.Strong expertise in:Program GovernanceFinancial ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementDependency ManagementExecutive ReportingStakeholder ManagementAbility to communicate effectively with executive leadership and highly technical teams.Proven track record of successfully driving programs through implementation, deployment, stabilization, and operational transition.Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
