NFL Apparel Production Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our NFL Apparel Production team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in the licensed sports apparel industry. The ideal candidate has an interest in fashion, product development, and sports merchandising. A fashion background is preferred but not required — we are looking for someone eager to learn and ready to attend wherever needed.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the NFL Production team with daily operational tasks.Support sample management, organization, and tracking (NBA/NFL sample perks included).Help prepare and organize materials for meetings and production reviews.Assist with quality control checks and product approvals.Maintain organization of heavy sample boxes and production materials.Lift and move boxes (20+ pounds) as needed.Provide general administrative and production support.QualificationsInterest in fashion, apparel production, or sports merchandising.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to lift 20+ pounds and handle heavy boxes regularly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) is a plus.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in the licensed sports apparel industry.Exposure to NFL product development and production processes.Insight into licensing operations and brand compliance.Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams.Resume-building experience within a leading sports fashion company.This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in fashion production, licensing, or sports apparel.
