State Licensed Clinical Excellence RN

A company is looking for a Clinical Excellence RN. Key Responsibilities Lead patient safety investigations, root cause analyses, and risk mitigation efforts Conduct quality audits and support clinical quality improvement activities Monitor compliance with clinical practice standards and develop necessary agreements Required Qualifications Current RN License in good standing in the state of practice Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related work experience; Master's degree preferred Four or more years of clinical experience At least 2 years of experience in quality, patient safety, clinical audit, and/or clinical policy CPHQ or CPPS certifications highly preferred
