Sales Enablement Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement (inside sales) representative. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up Effectively cold call and email leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into sales opportunities Accurately enter and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Bachelor's Degree or current matriculation in life sciences, business, or a related field is ideal Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus, but not required Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
