Material Handler / Freight Forwarding

*Job Summary* We are seeking experienced *Material Handlers / Freight Forwarding Associates* to join our warehouse team in Grapevine, TX. This position requires individuals who are comfortable operating forklifts while also performing hands-on warehouse work throughout the majority of their shift. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently. * Load, unload, stage, and move freight throughout the warehouse. * Build pallets and shrink-wrap outbound shipments. * Sort and organize incoming and outgoing freight. * Read and verify bills of lading, shipping manifests, receiving paperwork, and load sheets. * Verify product quantities, item numbers, and shipment destinations. * Identify and report damaged freight, shortages, or shipping discrepancies. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. * Perform manual warehouse labor throughout the majority of the shift. Qualifications * Previous experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. * Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. * Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse work. * Ability to read, write, and speak English. * Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify shipping documents. * Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. *Requirements* * Pass E-Verify * Pass a background check * Pass a drug screen *Dress Code* * T-shirt and shorts are acceptable. * No sleeveless shirts. * Tennis shoes required.
