Job Summary and Responsibilities
Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, a physician-led, patient-centered organization, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our well-established, collegial team in beautiful Santa Cruz, California. This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital.

Open ICU with no procedures or codes required (optional procedures if desired)
Blend of rounding and admitting/swing shifts with additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation
Emphasis on quality of care and physician autonomy
Opportunity to precept and mentor APPs and residents
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $315-340k annually
Productivity-based bonus potential
Sign-on Bonus: $60,000
Relocation Assistance: $20,000

Job Requirements
MD or DO
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
