Behavior Technician: ABA

Job Description Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is seeking a behavior technician to join our team in New Jersey! We are a small ABA agency that values and supports its employees. We provide our team members with ongoing training and mentorship, a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation. Compensation is based on experience and credentials. We will also help you grow your career by supporting you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities:* Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA* Collect data on a daily basis * Communicate regularly with the BCBA * Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of clientBasic Qualifications* Must have a high school diploma * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must pass a background checkPreferred Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field * Experience in the field of ABA * Complete 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician. * Maintain recertification of RBT training annually
