The H2FIT Regional Manager - OCONUS is responsible for personnel management of team members within their region and collaborating with the Program Manager (PM) in the contract's overall performance, achieving performance standards, workforce management, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and quality control. This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.This is a remote position; however, candidates must be available to accommodate meetings across Germany, Italy, and Korea time zones.In this role, you will:Manage and support Lead Army Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Strength and Conditioning Coach and Cognitive Performance Specialist teams who provide Soldiers within a Brigade a comprehensive understanding of strength, conditioning, and performance optimization through training plans and one‐on‐one coaching.Oversee the daily operations of services in a defined region (Europe and Korea) including geographically dispersed personnel.Perform additional tasks other than supervising, including training personnel and ensuring policies and procedures are followed to meet client needs.Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports, region service statistics, and maintain working relationships with internal and external customers.Report to the Program Manager and assist in implementing H2F services across military installations.Communicate effectively, have supervisory experience, be observant of others, and respond to inquiries of a complex nature.Have excellent time‐management skills and the ability to work independently.Please visit our landing page for more information: U.S. Army Holistic Health & Fitness (H2F) System (serco.com) (https://www.serco.com/na/careers/us-army-h2f-system)To be successful in this role, you will have:U.S. CitizenshipThe ability to pass a NACI (Tier 1) to obtain access to U.S. Government facilities and systemsA Bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience supervising teams across multiple locations or organizationsHigh‐school diploma with 7‐9 years of supervising teams across multiple locations or organizations in lieu of a Bachelor's degreeAvailability to accommodate meetings across Germany, Italy, and Korea time zones.Ability to work well with military and government personnel, and H2F team membersAbility to be proficient in MS Windows and Office 365The#J-18808-Ljbffr
