Technology Supervisor

The Nyssa School District is seeking a Technology Supervisor to provide leadership and assume management responsibility for the direction, coordination, integration and implementation of technology across all school district buildings and departments.Requirements For Confidential/exempt PositionAssociate degree in a field appropriate for this position (Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Management, Educational Technology or other equivalent disciplines)Minimum 5 years experience in development, installation and maintenance of information systemsSetup and operational knowledge of Windows 10, Cisco Switches, Mac OS X, and Windows Servers experienceExperience with Active Directory, Office 365/Microsoft administrationStrong understanding and experience setting up, configuring, and managing network componentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving ability Preferred Qualification For Confidential/exempt PositionBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related fieldComp TIA A+ or equivalent certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals)Knowledge of student data systems and classroom technologyExposure to ticketing systemsFamiliarity with basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)Salary & BenefitsSalary: $75,000-$80,000 with qualifications and experienceMedical/Dental/Vision - Employer Contribution towards Health BenefitsEmployer paid PERS contributionContract Days: 260
