This position involves monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to inform operational decisions, and enhancing data integrity across complex data ecosystems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, utilizing advanced analytical skills to interpret healthcare data, particularly within Medicare risk adjustment processes. This role requires a proactive, independent professional capable of managing multiple projects, mentoring team members, and communicating findings effectively to diverse stakeholders. The position offers a remote work environment with periodic in-person engagements at CareFirst locations within the greater Baltimore/Washington area.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
