Sales Director - Senior Living

The Sales Director position is an exempt, salaried position.Salary Range: $80,000 - $82,000 Yearly+ CommissionJob OverviewWorks closely with the Executive Director in the development and execution of the marketing plan for the community. Meets or exceeds all budgetary and occupancy expectations. Responsibilities and DutiesConducts phone and direct sales calls in accordance with established goals, ensuring leasing expectations are met or exceededManages all move-ins/move-outs to achieve maximum revenue performance for the community. Communicates incoming resident’s needs and requirements to the Health & Wellness DirectorActively maintains a meaningful wait listAssists in lead generating activities to ensure adequate leads are produced in order to meet performance expectationsManages and maintains a working knowledge of the lead tracking and marketing software programs and systemsAssists in motivating and rewarding associates to meet or exceed performance expectations in consultation with the Executive DirectorMaintains an active, working knowledge of current competitionMaintains and communicates current product information to associates (pricing, program changes, promotional programs)Creates and maintains a positive image of the community with residents, the community, and other associates. Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training, as requiredMaintains appropriate degree of confidentiality QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledgeable of the industry, as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing the communityProficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applicationsPhysical AbilitiesWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 25 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
