Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement improvements
Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
Coach employees on lean principles and facilitate value stream mapping and Kaizen eventsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
5 years of experience in the Transportation or Supply Chain Industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience with core engineering and data analysis functions
Familiarity with Lean Methodology and continuous improvement tools
