This is a full-time, hybrid on-site/remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Maryland. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, training and educating parents and caregivers, supervising registered behavior technicians, and monitoring client progress. The role involves close collaboration with families and team members to ensure the highest standard of care and effective therapeutic outcomes.Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of MD
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse families and teams
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation for monitoring therapy progress
