Human Resources Specialist Location: Oniste at Wilmington, NCDuration: 9 MonthsShift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PMOnly W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.Description Provide support to the supervisor in the area of planning, implementation, execution, and administration of most or all of the following human resource functions: hourly employment, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and employee analytics. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature, where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.Primary Purpose of the Role The position is a junior-level HR Specialist supporting the HR team at Wilmington, NC, manufacturing plant (approx. 1,000 employees, union environment). The primary goal is to drive employee engagement, deliver strong internal customer service, support HR operations, assist with HR data analytics, and help execute various employee events and training programs.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events Monthly events (Pi Day, holiday parties, ice cream day, etc.)
