Senior Instructional Designer
A company is looking for a Sr Instructional Designer to lead the design and implementation of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Designs and develops interactive online training modules using instructional design best practices
Collaborates with subject matter experts to define instructional objectives and recommends course design strategies
Conducts quality reviews and evaluations of training modules and develops measurement tools to assess instructional effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience required
Experience in instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Proficiency in developing web-based learning products and instructional materials
Ability to evaluate emerging instructional technologies and methods
Experience in conducting strategic learning assessments and curriculum development
