Shayla joined the venture in 2021, but with the evolving pandemic landscape and declining demand for COVID testing, Lauren and Shayla adapted. Leveraging their patient relationships, they collaboratively broadened Clinic Concierge’s services, breathing vitality into the venture. Clinic Conceirge is Clinic Concierge provides in home healthcare and serices to our patients within our defined zip codes. We focus on patient care and service excellence. We are looking for an energetic, self-starter to join the team. Job Summary The Family Nurse Practitioner’s is responsible for providing high-quality at-home and in office services for pediatric and adult urgent care, IV hydration and cosmetic services. The role focuses on referral-based, community marketing to grow new patients and network within the community with a focus on repeat patients. The provider will ensure compliance centered around patient care. They are responsible for attending biweekly team meetings. They will provide the clinical manager with their inventory counts as requested by their leader. They are responsible for being available during their designated shifts. Hourly pay will not count if the schedule is listed as contact to book, it must be available to book online. If they cannot be available, they must first attempt to get their shift covered by other team members and if they cannot, they must report to their clinical manager. Responsibilities Provider Responsibilities -Ability to fill in scheduling gaps as needed. -Provide in-home medical services consisting of adult sick visits, pediatric sick visits, IV hydration, cosmetic services such as neurotoxin injections, PRX-Derm Perfection, PRP hair injections, CO2Lift mask facial and Rejuvapen Microneedling. -Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based practices. -Keep proper storage of medical supplies and track inventory. Monitor and record temperatures of storage as required. - Knowledgeable of all the services Clinic Concierge offers. - Practice in accordance with State law and Clinic Concierge’s policies and procedures. - Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards. -Complete patient charting in a timely manner, within 48 hours. -Ensure that patient intake forms and consent forms are completed prior to their visit. Patient Care and Service Excellence -Ensure that all patient interactions adhere to the highest standards of care, empathy, and professionalism. - Provide guidance and support to other practitioners when necessary. -Encourage strategies to continuously improve patient satisfaction and service quality, incorporating patient feedback into the enhancement of service offerings. - Assist with patient follow-ups and customer service needs as necessary. City Phone -Communicate with patients when necessary. - Assist patients with booking appointments, promoting online booking when necessary. Qualifications -Current certification and licensure as an FNP or PA in the state of Texas. -2+ years of previous experience – preferably primary care with proficiency in IV injection and cosmetic injections. - Strong understanding of at-home urgent care and cosmetic services, with a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional patient care. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems. - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of work. - Clean driving and criminal record. Must report to Supervisor immediately if this changes.
