As a Shift Leader at Bruxie, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our team members deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining a high standard of quality, and creating a positive work environment.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Embody and promote Bruxie’s culture, mission, and values every day.
Provide professional and friendly responses to guest questions and requests.
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and set an example for the team.
Oversee cashier and front-line operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist the kitchen and other team members in fulfilling orders and maintaining service standards.
Manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and tact.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining valid Food Handlers Cards for the team.
Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Must own and wear black, non-skid work shoes while working.
Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Card.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
Pay: Base Pay + Tips!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
