Implementation Manager

Job Title: Implementation ManagerJob Location: Springfield, VACompensation: $160,000 - $170,000Eligibility/Clearance: Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI clearanceand be willing to obtain a CI PolygraphJob DescriptionProvides technical, administrative, and operational leadership toassigned project or task(s). Reviews status of projects and budgets,manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issuesand develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, andclient-satisfaction goals and objectives. Responsible for scope, cost,schedule, and performance of assigned project or task(s). Manages ordirects resources required to perform assigned project or task(s).Provides technical, administrative, and operational management ofassigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management.Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisorsand managers.Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order andadministrative reporting.May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on taskworkload.Manages risk tracking process.Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalfof the client.Coordinates development of deliverables and products.Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.Participates in special projects as required.Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for futurework.Key Responsibilities Produce content using Agile/traditional project management tools Assist product owners to understand and manage the backlog andsprint planning Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items. Manage requirements and creating user stories with input from keyStakeholders Monitor progress and performance and helping teams to makeimprovements. Plan and organize demos and product/system testing. Ensure proper use of collaborative process and removing impedimentsfor scrum teams. Track project processes, deliverables, and financials. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders. Create qualityanalytical products to include visualizations, briefs, workflows,diagrams and reports.
