Cocktail Attendant - Pool & Beach

Pool And Beach Cocktail AttendantWe are seeking a highly motivated and courteous Pool and Beach Cocktail Attendant to welcome and serve guests within the pool and beach areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the designated areas, providing guests with information regarding cocktail and beverage choices and placing cocktail and beverage orders using Micros terminals. This is a year-round full-time position.Responsibilities:Welcome and orient guests to the pool and beach areas and maintain a positive guest experienceServe cocktails and beverages to guests and make recommendationsUse Micros terminals to charge for cocktails and beveragesProactively anticipate guest/member needs and provide applicable servicesObserve areas for guest or operational needs and provide immediate services where requiredCommunicate with guests regarding their needs and ensure they are met in a timely mannerMove chairs and equipment to and from beach and pool areasMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areasQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience in a similar role is highly preferredExceptional communication and customer service skills requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50 lbsMust be available to work weekends and holidays as neededWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
