Associate Software Engineer
CompanyenGenJob DescriptionCANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen due to contractual/access requirements.This role is an integral member of an agile software engineering team responsible for building scalable software applications across all digital channels to serve our customers. The engineer takes an enterprise-wide architectural view of solutions and delivers technical execution using the best stack for the platform. The incumbent will engage in every stage of the software application build process—from idea generation, business analysis, technical design to development using the latest technologies and design patterns.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs, write code that meets coding standards, and perform code reviews.Generate ideas, explore and suggest appropriate technical solutions to deliver required product features, and monitor the technical process against the project plan while safeguarding functionality, scalability, and performance.Participate in all scrum ceremonies, assist in sprint planning, and complete required sprints through final execution of software products.
