ResponsibilitiesMix, apply, and spray powder coatings using industry-standard equipmentSet and monitor ovens, curing temps, and bake timesQuality control: inspect coated parts for coverage, finish, and defectsMaintain clean, organized work areaFollow safety procedures and equipment protocolsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of powder coating experienceStrong knowledge of prep, colors, texture varieties, and specialty finishesAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periodsFamiliar with batch ovens, spray guns, and boothsReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyWelding or fabrication knowledge is a plusSchedule & PayFull-time, Monday-FridayPay based on experience $25 - $30 an HourOvertime available
