Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for leading all core HR functions—employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and culture initiatives—in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.This is a hands-on role ideal for an HR leader who thrives in dynamic settings and values both strategy and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business PartnershipPartner with leaders at all levels to strengthen engagement, performance, and retentionProvide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actionsSupport organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiativesTalent Acquisition & Employee LifecycleLead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selectionManage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experienceDevelop employment agreements for positions with contract terms and conditions.Employee Relations & ComplianceManage and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and objectivityConduct thorough workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actionsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsPartner with legal counsel when appropriate to mitigate riskHR Operations & AdministrationMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrityServe as support and back up for Compensation and Benefits Administrator, which reports to the HR Manager positionAdminister leave programs including FMLA, workers’ compensation, and OSHA reportingSupport performance review processes and incentive program trackingCulture & EngagementDrive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and team culture like rewards and recognition programsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced or operational environmentStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirementsExperience with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar strongly preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Skills & CompetenciesStrong business acumen with the ability to influence leadersHigh level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential informationExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and follow-throughTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independentlyWhy Join LEGACY MOTOR CLUB?Be part of a competitive, high-performance NASCAR organizationWork alongside industry leaders and championship-caliber talentHelp shape a people-first culture in a fast-moving environmentPlay a direct role in building the team behind race-day success
