As an Associate Construction & Outage Sequencer, you'll work alongside experienced team members to help plan, coordinate, and keep critical transmission projects running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, love solving problems, and are excited to learn something new every day, this is your chance to grow fast, make an impact, and be part of a team that's got your back.What Your Day Will Look Like:Assist with planning and sequencing outage phases while learning constructability best practicesSupport evaluation of outage plans and help identify potential risks or challengesHelp coordinate resources like labor, equipment, and materialsPartner with cross-functional teams to align outage schedules with project timelinesMonitor outage progress and flag delays or issues to the teamMaintain project documentation and records related to outage sequencingParticipate in walk-downs to validate plans, confirm clearance points, and support scope discussionsHelp develop checklists and document key project conversationsPresent outage requests to the Project Management Team in alignment with PJM requirementsCollaborate with Transmission System Operators (TSO) and Regional Distribution Operators (RDO) when neededSupport and promote safety standards across all project workWhat You'll Bring to the Familia: Essentials to Succeed: Associate or bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in electrical engineering technology, energy management, relay tech, or a related fieldOR a high school diploma with demonstrated aptitude and interest in this workStrong interest in construction, outage sequencing, or system operationsComfort with Microsoft Office and general technology toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and ability to collaborate with a teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and stay organizedWillingness to learn and grow within the companyReady to make an impact?We know you might not check every single box on the job description—and that's totally fine.
